On a scale of generation to generation that is happening quickly. It's just that generations are a couple of decades so it is taking a very long time on a scale of human lifespans.

It is only a century that air flight has been possible and already many people move from continent to continent the way people moved from town to town centuries ago. It has only been 3-4 centuries that travel became possible from continent to continent on any larger scale than an occasional boat, and already colonization has completely changed the face of humankind and of human history.

In under 5 centuries, nearly everyone will be a pale brown color. Before, the travel times made that impossible. Now the travel times make it common.

Not in many of the cities where I've lived. Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle. On a scale of generation to generation, it is changing very rapidly.

I suggest that all of those cultural things will follow the intermarriages. Bascially I suggest that the arrow of cause and effect points in the other direction than your view. The historical increase in transportation availability already changed the face of the world from isolated pockets to one big bickering family. I doubt that the bickering will stop, but I suggest that it will gradually descend from the nation level to the family level over a period of a few centuries. Already it has begun to reduce from the level of nations to the level of fundie members of a religion using nations as a host organism to live in.

Right now people rale against the one world culture. The fact that they do so suggests that it is already happening. Is the objection reactionary or preservationist? Depends on the individual ...
