Roanoke Bluegrbutt Weekend rooms getting tight

Greetings all...

We are getting close to the dates for this year's Roanoke Bluegrbutt Weekend. While we do still have room for some more students, the available accommodations in our host hotel are filling up fast. We have overflow room capacity at an adjacent hotel, but it is a bit easier to stay on site - where the action is!

If anyone has been considering attending this year, now might be a good time to see if it can fit your schedule, while you can still get a room at the Clarion.

This is humrously ironic considering the number of spelling and grammatical errors in just the following paragraph...

Our esteemed faculty this year includes: Banjo - Sammy Shelor, Allen Shelton (!), and Jason Burleson Dobro - Josh Graves, Phil Leadbetter and Rob Ickes. Fiddle - Kenny Baker, Aubrey Haynie and Bobby Hicks Guitar - David Grier, Kenny Smith and Tim Stafford Mandolin - Aubrey Haynie, Herschel Sizemore, Ronald Inscore and Shawn Lane

For those who have never attended, it is a three day instructional-seminar weekend with some of the top names in bluegrbutt music as instructors. We keep clbutt sizes small (usually below 40) and offer simultaneous instruction on multiple instruments. Bands often attend together, or a student can choose to focus on a different instrument each day.

Please visit the web site for more details. Hope you can join us next month in Roanoke!
