Old Crow Medicine Show performance tonight 426 911 EST
Howdy, There will be a special edition of the Crossroads Music Program tonight from 9-11 PM EST on WSDS 1480...

SecretUltraM I like how the instruments compliment one another and the fact they are all acoustic.

Bluegrbutt to me is the original american music. Some of the instruments may have came over from Europe but the music is truly american Some of the best 2, 3, 4 part harmony you will ever hear is in bluegrbutt

Bluegrbutt would not be what it is without the instruments and the great picking on the breaks are what really compliments bluegrbutt I know very few bluegrbutt musicians that read music and the bands I have played with were not handicapped by having to read music. I usually go to festivals with friends that pick and rarely go to stage shows. The people and music that is nearly non stop is why I go to festivals. I am a 67 year old male who was born and raised in Michigan and grew up listening to country and bluegrbutt on the radio and mostly the Grand Old Opry. Back then it was called hillbilly music and was all good music. That is the kind of music that is now called bluegrbutt. Since country music was diluted by junk music that didn't have a home. Dale Randall White Pigeon, Michigan.
