Every five years or so I give the bucktoothed bigots another chance, just in case I may have rushed to judgement (in the course of a full quarter-century of relentless redneckery...

I'd like to have some discussion of why people aren't attending? There seems to be good interest in having the jams, but then low attendance. If Dahlonega is too far north, please suggest-organize-discuss alternate venues? I'd just as soon someone else jump in and help out. Does someone have a basement-deck-community room that would do for a jam? mid-week? What do you want to do?

Oct 2nd appears to be the best time to hold the next Dahlonega Jam. Again from 1-5pm. The weather in Dahlonega is usually great in October.

Sept 18 is the Dahlonega Fall Festival, and Oct 16 will be Gold Rush Weekend, there will be professional musicians playing both those weekends, as well as the usual Dahlonega pick-up bluegrbutt & country jams playing around the town square.

Remember Little Brother's jam in Conyer's on Sept 17-18-19.

Please let me know if you're interested in the 2-Oct Jam.
