The concept of multiculturalism and poorly regulated immigration is of unbelievable importance to virtually all civilized nations. I merely pointed out my experience with it in Canada. As always, the majority will rule here as it will in the US, for better or for worse. What seems to escape the notice of many in North America is the fact that our well-established lifestyle is currently under threat by folks who will in very short order out-number, out breed and out vote North Americans of European extraction. It is already happening in many jurisdictions in Canada, and is unlikely to stop. My own reaction has been a steady retreat into more remote areas of the country, since there is virtually nothing I can do to reverse the trend. Since I find living in close proximity to people of vastly different customs, morality and tastes to be generally unpleasant and often unsafe, there is little alternative.
