American Banjo Camp Schedule for '06 Now Available

Folks American Banjo Camp is proud to announce that our preliminary schedule is now posted on the website, www.americanbanjocamp.com. There's a conspicuous link at the top of our main page that guides you there. Again the dates are Sept. 8-10, 2006, and the location is Fort Flagler State Park, Nordland, Washington. American Banjo Camp offers a weekend of intense instruction with some of the best old-time and bluegrbutt banjo players around, plus demonstrations, concerts, and plenty of jamming opportunities. AMERICAN BANJO CAMP ROSTER OF TEACHERS FOR '06: Bluegrbutt: Our bluegrbutt staff this year brings back Bill Keith and Ned Luberecki, with '04 veteran Mike Stahlman returning to run our novice program. Our newcomers are Janet Beazley, Pat Cloud and Murphy Henry.

Old-time: Our old-time staff brings back Mac Benford, Paul Brown, Brad Leftwich and Ken Perlman, with Laura Smith once more leading our novice program. Howie Bursen appears for the first time.

Midwest Banjo Camp: Last Chance to Register

We will add on additional teachers if sign-ups warrant.

You can access artists' bios, logistical information, and registration questions or concerns, don't hesitate to email us at

See you next September!
